Who’s really reading this anyways?
This is my first post on my first blog. More specifically, this is my first post on my new jekyll blog hosted with GitHub pages. My first blog was actually Rubiks-Cube-Solutions.com (I won’t link to it because I believe it has been attacked by Malware.). I’ll let you guess what the content of the blog was, but it was a Wordpress, niche-oriented website that profited through Google Adsense with organic traffic.
It was fun! I learned a bit about Wordpress, Google Adsense/AdWords/Analytics, hosting, FTP protocol, HTML/CSS, CMS and many other acronyms of internet stuff. But now I’m on to bigger and better things. Specifically, I’m currently passionate about Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, iOS applications (mostly hybrid), and front-development.
Most blogs are abandoned within the first 6 months, (so says my father), and I doubt this one will be different. But here’s to the next 6 months then! I plan to utilize this blog to share updates on different projects and learning technologies.
